They calculated only 20% instead the accepted30% the boss didnt changed his mind after my reclamation The food and the service is ok

The service was slow and sloppy. For example, a 50-piece boat of sushi was brought to the table, but no ginger, no soy sauce, no wasabi. We then requested those items because they are required to begin - but had to wait nearly 5 minutes for the service to be complete. 5 minutes may not seem like a long time, but when you are just sitting, staring at food that you cannot eat, it is a little frustrating. Another example, bread was brought to the table - it was still warm and ready to be enjoyed except that there was no butter, no olive oil, no salt, no pepper, no balsamic vinegar…just bread. I got up and helped myself to these items as they were available at the server’s station. Those are just two examples. Overall: Sushi was excellent - slightly overpriced, but very tasty. Main courses were bland. Linguine Al Ricci had no ricci. Gnocchi con Vongole had very few clams and the gnocchi had no sauce or anything interesting, only plain, wet potato nodules. Lunch was nearly 3 hrs

Delicious food, great cocktail and a very good service. Music selection was off for this kind of restaurant.
