We have been visiting Acquasparta for a month long vacation and have been to the restaurant 4 times. Each time the food has been very good and an even better value. When weather permits, having dinner in the garden is a special treat. We have enjoyed the meats cooked on the open fires, the fresh pastas with original fresh ingredients, along with good wine and even good cocktails The staff has always been attentive and provides excellent service. This is a restaurant to put on your list!
