6/10We were greeted by a lovely staff, and seated in a lovely atmosphere. We were treated with a lot of different starters, where we all agreed that they suffered from a lack of flavours. But we know that not everey dish will please everyone. But after that we were given several dishes that both lacked flavour and seasoning. To me this is quite astonishing, as this is supposed to be a high quality restaurant. we were 7 people who all have eaten in a lot of fine dining restaurants, and the lack of balance in the dishes was quite severe. For instance, the squash-dish lacked both acidity and seasoning. it tasted bland. The duck was cold, with chewy skin. The dessert consisted of several dishes were one was really nice, a sorbet, but the last one was not pleasant at all. I understand that taste is individual, but we were seven people who all agreed on the absence of flavour. and we all agreed we should expect more from a Michelin-restaurant in Paris.

10/10It was my first dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant. And it was fantastic. The restaurant is located in a closed private area, the territory is very beautiful, green, with a small garden. The only caveat is mosquitoes, otherwise everything is excellent. They met very well, everything was delicious, and in the end they gave a nice present madeleine's cookies from their own pastry shop. I recommend it!

10/10phenomenal garden oasis in an unassuming suburban environment. the ambiance was lovely, the floor staff were warm and attentive (even to non-french speaking americans on our first michelin experience), and the kitchen was on point. as a high end american chef with 40yrs experience in fine french cuisine, the food was exceptional. from amuse bouche through the cheese service, everything was balanced, perfectly seasoned and spot on. nothing was overworked or heavy handed. chef seemed to be working within a very comfortable wheelhouse, not trying beyond his means to impress. the tasting menu looked lovely but we went a la carte. there were three of us and we had one of everything, full cheese and coffee service, bubbles, a damn fine côté du rhone, and nice japanese whiskeys just because we could, all for 515 euros. with exchange rate and an unnecessary, but well deserved tip, we got 4hrs of awesome for 200$/hd. can’t even scratch that experience for the money in the states. wouldn’t doubt it if this house is awarded a second star sometime soon.
