9/10We were there on Valentine's day and the restaurant offered a great set Menu. The food was delicious. Nevertheless, due to delays that originated in the kitchen we end up staying in the restaurant from 08.00PM to midnight untill we finished dinner; which is just too long. For about 1.5 hours we didn't get dish on our table. In the meantime no one approached us or any customer to tell us what was going on. It was evident they were having a crisis in the kitchen. In a crisis "silence is NOT an option". Silence just makes things worse and people very impatient. They should have come out and tell us what was going on and should have offered something on courtesy to clients like a complimentary glass of wine or antipasto; something to get customrers through 4 hours. Just when we were paying our bill we were told that one of the cooks got sick in the afternoon due to side effects of the COVID-19.vaccine. By then we were not very happy and I expected some courtesy discount (may be not charging us for 2 glasses of wine), but this did not happen. My advice to the manager, if you are faced with another similar crises, please do not sty silent and treat your customer better. I'm giving a 9/10 because the food was great as well as the service, just a case of bad crisis management
