The setting and the passion and attention of the waiting staff. They were really proud to present the dishes. The only reason I didn’t give 10 for ambience was that it was slightly too ‘laboratory clean’ for my personal preference. I’d have liked the opportunity to dine outside and it was such a beautiful setting.
