5/10the food was really good as always (i’m a usual costumer!) but sadly it’s not deniable that the service is really bad. everything is just so poor organised and you see the staff always pissed and running around everywhere creating a big confusing ambiance. Also booking my table with The Fork should’ve got me 20% off the total price but the cashier denied it and just gave us a discount of 4€ on a 54,65€ total amount. I love Wasabi’s, but I’m so disappointed I actually don’t know if I’ll be back as much as I always did.

Regarding the discount, unfortunately, the server wasn’t aware that your booking was made through The Fork, as the bill was requested directly at the table without mentioning the offer. In these cases, it’s important to let the staff know in advance so the correct discount can be applied. Also, we sincerely apologize for the disorganization you experienced — we were missing two team members that day due to illness, which unfortunately affected our usual level of service. We hope to welcome you back soon and give you a much better experience, as you’re used to at Wasabi’s!
