10/10The Zanfa brothers from Napoli have a great thing going in San Frediano! With craft cocktails and nice wines, many tasty antipasti, the highest quality seafood cooked to perfection, and amazing pizzas, you will want this restaurant on your regular rotation!

10/10The meal was absolutely wonderful. Incredibly fresh, amazingly prepared and some quite unique combinations of ingredients. A bit off the beaten path (which is good) but well worth it.

10/10A great neighborhood restaurant with outstanding food. Pizza and pasta were both amazing. Service was great. They spoke very good English and worked with us so there were no errors in communication. The atmosphere was nice. Very relaxed with modern decor.

10/10A surprise great experience in Firenze! Service was amazing! We had the gamberi as appetizer that was delicious! Pizzas were special and very tasty! Mediterranean cuisine brought to Tuscany! We totally recommend and we will come back!

10/10The best pizza we have had in Florence. The staff were attentive and made sure we had a fantastic dining experience. If you want to see the real Florence get out of the historic centre and eat here where the locals eat. Half the price, better quality food and far better service. Grazie mille.

10/10This restaurant in the San Frediano district is easy to miss since it’s not on the usual tourist routes to the center of Florence. Having lived in Florence part time for over 30:years I can say Zanfa Bros offers some of the best fish dishes I have ever eaten, whether in Florence or anywhere else. The tuna appetizer is extraordinary and the ceviche is as good as any in the most upscale Mexico City restaurants. The caccio pepe gamberi pasta was delicious as was the mixed fritti secondo. The room is lovely and the service is very professional. Wine prices are reasonable and the food prices are more than reasonable. Although we did not order pizza, many of the other tables did and not only did the pizzas look authentically Neopolitan but also every morsel was being devoured happily as far as I could tell.

9.5/10Fabulous food and amazing service. Our waitress was kind to our limited speaking of Italian, and helped us order some tasty dishes to dine on. Wine sommelier showed up after we had sat down and poured us a few really large sized tastings of a couple bottles-made our experience just extra special. Really heartily recommend Zanfa Bros!

6.5/10The seafood is fresh and the portion is big. We’re very disappointed with the service. It’s very slow and unprofessional. We asked to share an antipasto and told the waiter what each of us wanted for the secondo separately but after almost an hour waiting she brought us everything all together. Living in Florence for almost 8 year and I have never experienced something like this in an Italian restaurant. They didn’t even try to make up for it.

10/10This was an excellent find in Florence. The food was great, the staff welcoming and spontaneous. So far our best eat in Italy. The chef realy speaks with his hands. Fabulous!!!
