Food was delivered to our house so cold we could not eat it and we waited for over 1,5 hours for it. We ordered pizza del momma and the pepperoni pizza with ham. The cheese even fell of the pizza the cheese that was there.

The broth of the ramen is ok, but the bowls are small and you can count what you get in the bowl on one hand eg. just 4 leaves of spinach, 1 small mushroom, 1 bamboo shoot and 3 very thin sliced chasu. Even if te ingredients would be imported from Japan, the price quality ratio is terrible. Customers are not treated equally. We had to wait awhile before someone came for the order, while the groups could place their orders right away and those few tables were tended continously. The girl who acted like she was in charge did not organize the tables well, which makes this small establishment uncomfortable. We thought we would experience Japanese food in their way, but the restaurant gives you the experience of a Chinese fast food restaurant, which has no service and is overpriced.

When I haven't even stepped my foot into the restaurant, the staff greeted me immediately (I think in Japanese). I had creamy baitan, the soup was soooooooo good. I could really taste the flavor of chicken. I also really liked the bamboo and the semi cooked egg (I think it was marinated so it was cold, it would taste better if you leave in the soup for a while). The portion was enough for me, I finished everything but I felt a bit disappointed that the amount of vegetable was very little.

Good food, friendly staff but the service time can be a little bit quicker. Also we asked for a minor change of ingredient in a dish and this was not possible, that was a pitty. Overall a good experience and we like the location and view on Coolsingel. We'll come back here.

I went for a lunch. Food was fresh, light and tasty. They have a variety of ramen, pokebowls and different starters. Staff is very welcoming. Very good place in Rotterdam Center for a delicious lunch.
