the staff wasn't really that serval and welcoming. The food was quite overpriced for the presentation it had and bland taste. The ambience one the other hand, really well achieved.

Everything about our meal was perfect. The outside garden is a beautiful setting. We had zucchini flowers stuffed with codfish which were perfectly fried. Our two main courses were excellent. The dessert a huge profiterole was so good too. Excellent service as well. I live in NY but would definitely be back otherwise.

Great food, poor customer service: we sat outside, sun was still high and heating on us and food, asked to be moved to another table and they were quite annoyed and said no; then I had to ask again and finally they moved us but basically they unattended the table - no waiter was really servicing us and ignoring for the rest of the night.

Excellent venue. We ate outdoors in the garden which was an oasis in Milan. Lovely food, Service was very attentive. The top dish was pasta in seafood salsa.Will certainly go again and would recommend Al Fresco. (up market but grand for a celebratory occasion))

The restaurant is lovely - a beautiful garden with scented plants, lovely light (we ate during the day). The food was wonderful and we could see - from other tables who appeared to be enjoying themselves - that there are some great staff in the restaurant. Our waiter however was disengaged, rude and slow. I think he managed to serve us without making any eye contact, seemed to roll his eyes at our menu choices and then avoided us for most of the meal. It’s a pity - because the place seems so lovely.

The venue is really nice and waiters are very kind. However there is something that should be improved as this is supposed to be a medium high level restaurant and in any case this should not happen: Hair in the appetizer and a. glass spotted with rossetto was not really nice to see.

Beautiful restaurant, but the food wasn’t good. My sea bass and potatoes were very dry and bland, and my husbands steak was bland and undercooked. Disappointing as it is such a beautiful place

Incredible experience!! Where to start - First, the ambiance and decor was so charming and warm, perfect for the romantic occasion we were celebrating. Second, the staff was equally warm and inviting and albeit a language barrier, ensured that all of our needs and wants were met. Finally, the food was divine - we even ordered seconds of my husband's main (the steak) and dessert (pistachio gelato)!! Our stuffed calamari starter as well as pasta dishes (fusilli for my husband and orecchiette for me) were also delicious. Highly recommend!!

Good quality food. Overpriced though. The service is not great - only one option of wine by the glass, no explanation nor extra info on the food. You basically order and they bring it to the table - not more, not less.
