I was visiting for a few days from London and I wanted to end my trip on a high note. I took the very high rating from the fork as a strong recommendation and was not disappointed. Far, far from it! This was one of the best meals that I have enjoyed anywhere in the last five years, with everything exquisitely prepared and served. I really enjoyed the Lebanon/French fusion. The langoustine, the crab, the pigeon and the pineapple dessert were standouts on the 7 course menu, as were the amuse bouches. And the wine pairings from the sommelier Pierre were terrific from start (Cremant d’Alsace) to finish (pineau de charentes from Francois Premier) with many to enjoy inbetween. Super attentive and pleasant serving staff made this a great experience for me as a visitor eating alone. This was a truly magnificent meal and I recommend this restaurant as highly as I possibly can. Nigel

Very quaint restaurant nested into the area near the Arc de Triomphe. Wonderful neighborhood feel with the charm and service of a Michelin restaurant. The exquisite touches added to every course make it more than memorable. Definitely worthy of all the accolades. Exceptional.

I had a wonderful lunch experience at Alan Geaam. The staff were professional and incredibly friendly, making me feel very welcome. The dishes were beautifully presented and full of delightful surprises – everything was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was elegant and comfortable, providing the perfect setting to relax and enjoy a great meal.

the presentation and cooking was fancy but the taste was not as good as before. The chef used too much strong and similar spices which I didn't like. I couldn't recall which dish was good. Dessert may be the best.

restaurant was great, presentation was good, with little surprises throughout out. flavour was good especially the lamb and the accompanying reduction sauce. dessert was really tart and refreshing. service was excellent we came early but the team was extremely accomodating.

A restaurant defined by surprises. The unassuming location means u may not know you’re in front of the restaurant while standing outside. Dishes are planted and constructed for unexpected moments. The tasting menu included 25 separately plated bite sized items - each small and deceptively hiding their underlying complexity. Every item on the menu showed effortless balance in composition. Execution and delivery was flawless. The restaurant is small, and tables are within earshot of each other. The kitchen has a large window for the food to be passed - meaning working noise can be heard but the kitchen staff are professional and quiet; so the patrons are really the only source of sound. The standout dishes were the starters and desserts. I honestly think the food is of 2 Michelin star quality, but the restaurant may get pulled down a bit by its ambience. Add the fact that it’s reasonably priced for the quality and it becomes a better value proposition for a family or couple. If you prioritise the quality and preparation of food over the fancy setting around you, this is definitely worth a stop.
