Food really good but service really poor. Not one smile from the staff, they seemed bothered by having to take care of guests. Food arrived before we got any drinks and they didn’t apologize or even seem to care. Had to ask for water three times.

Hello madam. We are sorry you were not happy with our food. However, we would like to argue with your claim that our dishes are frozen and reheated - this is absolutely not the case! Our products are fresly delivered every day and cooked on the spot. We are perplexed by the fact you were not able to tell the difference between frozen products/dishes and freshly made ones and yet decided to leave such an unfounded review. Going back to the dish you ordered (the gnocchi alle vongole), we are once again sorry you didn’t enjoy it and were not happy with our service even after we asked if you wanted to replace the dish (offer you declined) and then didn’t make you pay for the food, wine or water.
