This is a hidden gem a short taxi ride from city center and well worth it. The fresh ingredients, pleasant service (the owners) and the perfectly cooked dishes. The pasta was cooked perfectly. Something as simple as pasta can be over or under cooked, and Animus Osteria did it perfectly. I highly recommend Animus Osteria.

Always a pleasant experience to dine here at Animus. From the kind welcome to the innovative cooking. Such a great restaurant tucked away in Rione Alto. Dedicated people with a big heart for local traditions and a playful mind for innovation. I always choose the chef's recommendation and have been more than satisfied every time. Both food and wine is very reasonably prices. We will be back :)

First, but not last visit here! A new neighborhood restaurant with ambition to serve classic dishes with a personal touch. Very pleasant service by Simone and Stefano. Sorry, I didn’t get the name of the chef - but my greatest recommendations to him as well. See you soon again!
