We had a reservation for seven and went with 2 kids, the upstairs was half empty but they seated us in the basement where there was no ventilation or active air conditioning and the place was filled with smoke. Our booth was too tight for seven people so we asked for the table next to us but the waitress told us it was reserved, funny enough nobody sat there till we paid the bill and left. In the end we packed our food for takeaway. We wanted to support a pro Palestine business and went with high expectations based on the reviews but it was an extremely disappointing experience.

Good decor, good food, mint tea delicious; but they do not know fork so good, had to explain and had to ask change the bill with fork discount and they did not make discount on desert cake

We booked a table for 8 and changed the reservation for 10 people. When we arrived our table wasn’t ready but they quickly set up a table for the 10 of us. The food was very tasty and the service from Anna (?) was very friendly and quick. Nice place but try to have a table on the ground floor.

Food was fantastic! Wait staff not very attentive-never checked in-we had to wave them down for another bottle of water and for the check-they were nice but didn’t really seem to check in on anyone after taking orders. Room was nice and decor fit the theme of their name and food but they allow people to use hookah pipes among the diners-luckily we were near the front and one of the tables using a pipe was two away so it wasn’t terrible but definitely off putting seeing smoke at different tables in the dining area. Also-they didn’t take off for the Fork discount-we told them we had made the reservation when seated but my husband paid while I was in a restroom and sadly didn’t remind them so that was a bummer they didn’t acknowledge it-I didn’t remember until we had left.

The food was really good. The service not so much. The waitress was nice enough but either had too many tables to cover or something. The venue is nice. The problem is the hookah smoking. There are 2 floors not sure why they can’t keep one of them hookah free. Spending 40/pp euros I should have the choice of not having smoke wafting into my face from the hookah smoking next to me.
