They are not professional at all. I had made a reservation through TheFork, but they never acknowledged it. The booking was for 11:30 p.m., and after we had to travel over an hour to get there, when we arrived they told us, “Sorry, the kitchen is closed, we only have pizza.” I told them that we had a reservation. They asked, “When did you make it?” I said I made it at 9:00 p.m. They replied that they hadn’t seen it and basically said it wasn’t their fault. They told us they could only offer pizza if we wanted, otherwise there was nothing they could do. So it was either eat the pizza or stay hungry, since there was nowhere else open nearby at that time where we could go and eat. In the end, we had two pizzas with undercooked mushrooms on top—tasteless—and most importantly, that’s not what we went there for. So in terms of professionalism, they are not good at all. If they are not able to handle customers from platforms like TheFork, they simply shouldn’t use them.

Very high quality food, Roman style at a price lower than the average expecially considering the closeness to the Colosseum (you can't see it from the table). Bad service, my reservation was only theoric, as I arrived with a free table otherwise I had to queue. No receipt, no coffee

Really tasty food but be prepared to wait during peak times. We made a booking online but this didn’t seem to matter and we had to line up anyway We ordered carbonara and lasagna and both were delicious! Lasagna was microwaved though so a bit disappointing

Having a reservation doesn’t work for this restaurant especially if you are a minority. I approached the person manning the tables, mentioned I had a reservation and was ignored. He stated 2 couple who came after me and didn’t seem to care I was standing there. The only difference was they were white.

Authentic Italian food. Best carbonara and pasta gricia we had, super affordable, definitely would come back
