Exceptional hospitality, beautiful setting and outstanding food. Every item was superb, starters, entrees and dessert. This was a memorable experience and the restaurant and the chef truly deserve the Michelin ranking. We received personal attention which was very nice. Would highly recommend the Epicurean set menu.

Friendly and warm welcome by Madame Boucher and her staff coupled by impeccably prepared and delicious cuisine by Chef Boucher makes this beautiful Auberge the best in this region. I have frequented this auberge many times throughout the years and it only gets better. Bravo!

Absolutely fantastic. Every dish was impeccable. Wine sommelier was amazing and offered great pairing recos for every dish. The chefs wine came out to each day and said hello. The staff was amazing. We are truly impressed and highly recommend. This will be a memorable meal!

L’Auberge de Cassagne has been a great discovery. The cuisine was excellent, elegant and elaborated. The ambience on the terrace was very pleasant with a remarkable service and kind personnel. Thank you for the lovely time!

The meal was a 10+ One of the best I've ever experienced. We had friends visiting from the US that are well travelled and we all agreed this was an outstanding evening.

The variety of servers and the sommelier were all very respectful and friendly. The restaurant is part of a 5 star resort and is very classy. The food is prepared with style and well presented. The wine options are phenomenal. What an experience.

I had a wonderful dinner at Auberge de Cassagne. I had a 3 course meal and the dessert was out of this world. Additionally, the staff is incredible. I also had truly wonderful wine with my meal. Already planning my next visit.

Outstanding food & service. Not inexpensive but worth every penny (or euro!). Bring a big apetite, even for the 3-course meal. Luckily, you are given adequate time to digest each course. Highly recommended for a special occasion and real treat.
