Hi Colin, thanks for your comment. I just want to clarify that 6 of our 8 main dishes has protein such as tofu in Pad Thai and Sweet & Sour tofu, chickpeas on Falafel, Edamame on our Katsu Curry, Soja beans on our Bourguignon and Peas beans on our Pulled pork. So, only 2 main dishes are without protein. Our chef is focused a lot on these things when he created the menu to have a balanced and tasty meal. Hope this will help you if you decide to come back

10/10We are from the UK and discovered this restaurant 3 years ago and have been back every year and eat 2-3 times during our visits …. We are never disappointed the food is of such a high standard sooo tasty. Service always friendly. It’s so good you are best to book 😀

10/10Truly outstanding vegetarian restaurant - we were so happy to find this place among all the other places inbthe area that mostly served traditional food. It's quite hard to find vegetarian restaurants in the area, and Baobab truly shines. Very friendly and efficient staff make you feel welcome and right at home. Definitely worth a visit.

On the last day of the holiday I really craved a vegetarian meal - I thought a salad would be great but then I came across this restaurant on google and thought the menu looked tasty - it really was! I was there with a friend and we shared a starter - tomato tartare with olive bread - both of us really enjoyed it. Then I had the falafel for a main and my friend had the cannelloni, again both happy with our choices, finally sharing a snicker pudding - we ordered the Sauvignon blanc to accompany our meal - certainly not disappointed-it was good in every way. Service was friendly and they were knowledgeable about the ingredients - all in all would highly recommend

10/10We always love coming here. The food is amazing, honestly the best vegetarian and vegan food you’ll find in Alicante. The team is always super kind and attentive and the chefs come up with great new menu options. Love the fresh juices too. Highly recommend!

10/10Again, for the tenth times I've been at Baobab, nothing changed, they even put new dishes in the menu. I'm not vegetarian but I love this place. Looking forward for the next visite. Congrats guys!
