5/10The food was okay, but the fish wasn't very fresh. Serving and taking orders were both very slow. The restaurant's website accepts TheFork Pay, but it refused to accept payment when I tried to pay.

6.5/10I’m not sure if the management has changed. The vibe and other important factors have. The sides for the Peking duck were served in plastic takeaway containers. When we questioned this, we were told they’d run out of ceramic dishes. (Then out came the ceramic dishes.) The pancakes for the duck were thick and wet. (Previously frozen?) The classic green bean with pork dish tasted fine but had almost no Sichuan peppers in it, which makes this dish so fabulous. I’d actually called in advance to check that they had xiao long bao, because my friend made that a requirement for my restaurant choice. Unbelievably, this was not available. I avoid leaving non-positive reviews but I felt a report on Bayan, formerly my favorite Chinese restaurant in Paris, was in order.
