The staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful. The food is very delicious - we had pasta dishes and both agreed they were very good. Service is very quick.

It was our first time in the Packiams and it was sooo awesome. My friend and I like to explore restaurants and we found this and we decided to tried this restaurant and it was so good experience I must say. the staff was also so kind and friendly. Service was fast and food was soo delicious. I really recommend it.

The food was excellent (good meals, nice portions), the service was the best I've received in Paris, really attentive to detail and good recommendations, they made the night memorable. I recommend the Entrecôte (normal or XXL).

We booked a last minute reservation at Packiams.The restaurant is situated close by the Gare De Lest. We were greeted and seated immediately on arrival. The staff were very friendly and helpful and were happy to converse in English when our French failed us. The food was very good especially the Foie Gras, the Chicken Salad, the Lamb Chops and the Duck. The staff were very good and were happy to change one of the dishes for us. The overall ambience was good and our meal was very reasonably priced.
