10/10Restaurant staff were very considerate and patient with our poor Italian. Andrea, who served as our waiter was helpful in describing the wines and cheeses. The waitress was also very kind. Food was excellent, especially the Frico. We would definitely return if we’re back in the area.

10/10Great little wine bar restaurant, simple food done well, interesting local wine and produce, and run by sweet, friendly people. Excellent value, a must visit place if you’re in Argegno.

9.5/10It was a small little unsuspecting place. At first we weren't sure, but after we decided to go for it we were very pleased. All of the food we ordered was great, particularly the anchovies with red pepper. They were the best I'd had other than the Amalfi Coast.

10/10You will read a lot of “best meal we/I had in Lake Como”. This restaurant is the real deal! Local ingredients made with love. I wouldn’t worry about looking at the menu, just dive in a let your pallet enjoy the amazing ingredients. Several will go to Lake Como and enjoy the red wine, don’t forget Lombardy has some of the best Reislings around! This is Italy enjoy!

10/10Great little place. The proprietors were very friendly and accommodating and gave us excellent recommendations. They have a very large choice of wines. I liked the local vibe of the menu choices.

10/10If you opt to eat in Argegno this place is a must. Quick service and excellent food variety. We ordered a platter of cold cuts and a beef lasagna. Both dishes were exceptional.

10/10From the antipasti to the mixed salad to the lasagna we enjoyed every morsel. Each plate had a special touch that made it unique compared to other experiences during our 10 days on Como. The interior is intimate and charming; a welcome respite from the hustle of the places along the Statale. The service was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

10/10Great little find! Went here a couple of times, based on reviews read on trip adviser and were not disappointed. The restauarnt is tucked away in the cobbled streets behind the centre of Argegno - nice and cool and shady. We had the best lasagne and delcious local meat and cheese platters - the cheese and potato dish was excellent too. The chocolate/nut dessert was amazing and the beer and wine were great too. The owner who was serving, spoke good English and was very helpful and knowledgeable about his products. It isn't cheap, and the portions are quite small, but what you get is delicious and very high quality. Highly recommend.

10/10Very interesting concept ! Cheeses , delicatessens and wines. Andrea and his wife are the best for the advices of what to eat and drink ( together )… Don’t leave without visiting the wine shop or grocery full of good surprises… We spent a lovely evening at this place… Since 2006 as an owner and before as a staff Andrea definitely looks for the quality in all aspects, small capacity, fine selection of cheese and delicatessen… a craftsman not an industrial ! Even for the grappa of the level of a Bas Armagnac… Don’t leave the Lake of Come without paying a visit to Andrea.

10/10Authentic local restaurant with fantastic food, very friendly and excellent service, described in detail the key ingredients of our various starters and their origins, and made us feel most welcome. Highly recommend ending dinner with their cherry liquor. A prestò!
