Amazing! This is a beautiful restaurant and hotel with a stunning view of Lake Como. The service is outstanding! The waiters are so charming and witty! The Crepe Suzette was the most delicious we have ever tasted! We loved the experience so much that we are returning again tonight!

Step back in time to the golden age and experience the full elegance of fine dining. The staff, the location, and the excellent food make this restaurant unforgettable. Be Gatsby for the night and enjoy the sun set over Lake Como.

The house appetiser was tasteless and dry. The pasta with clams was bland and ordinary. The tiger prawns were cooked well but the dish on the whole was uninteresting. Very disappointed. Been coming to Como for years and first time at the restaurant. Not again.

For our last night in Lake Como I wanted to treat my wife to a very special experience. After reviewing comments on this restaurant I thought this would be ideal. We were met warmly by the staff at the door and asked to please wait in the bar area, the table was not quite ready. We seated ourselves among 8 other quests. It took 4 minutes for the wait staff to present us with a cocktail menu. Another couple seated themselves at this time and received a menu right away. A minute later the wait staff took their order and proceeded to walk right past us avoiding eye contact. I waited another 3 minutes with still no wait staff around and decided to forgo the the cocktail and start dinner. We weren't going to let this rude start ruin out evening. Having spent already 5 days in the Lake Como area dining at some incredible places I was expecting this experience to be exceptional. It wasn't. The food was average compared with some extraordinary meals we've enjoyed prior and certainly not worth the prices they charged,

From start to finish, it was a festival of flavors for the delight of the taste buds and my children who entered a gourmet restaurant for the first time. All the server team is excellent, both on language proficiency and Products and their quality ... and always in the best quality of service with the utmost discretion. Sincerely A.Videira
