5/10Disappointing - from the various reviews we expected much, much more. Bit of a tourist trap, although various local workers use it as well. Dull menu. Bored, albeit pleasant staff. Fried pickled artichokes from a jar do not work at all . Why no real, fresh vegetables? Tri fish tartare was ok. Prawn and scampi in avocado sauce was ok. Fried potatoes were actually thin crisps. I would never go back.

8/10Gorgeous place, tasty food. But - very slow service, tables next to us were served quicker, when they came after us; I was told that they serve only one white wine per glass when I didn’t like mine after trying it; we been told that service isn’t included in a bill when it was - all clearly because we were not locals . Great restaurant, but wouldn’t trust staff if you do not speak Italian.

10/10Yum! My out of town guest appreciated the recommendations and that they said the fish was too big for 2. Honesty and flavor! We also ran late. When I called they were kind and understanding.

6/10Way too expensive for the quantity served. Checking with other comments here and on other sites, if you come with a TheFork reservation you get around half the size of every dish. Food was good though.

10/10Bottega Sicula is a little restaurant, so warm, comfy and cosy. Service was very good, kind and homely. Searfood really fresh, excellent and tasty. A place to put in the top list of favorites, I will come back for sure.
