2.5/10I received an email from The Fork, saying it will be 20€ gift due to my account activities, they had offered 3 restu & I had to choose one of them, book a table & enjoy their offer. I chose this restu; and not only I wrote them about the site's offer before going, but also asked them again "if it is ok for them" as soon as I arrived & they accepted. BUT when it was time to pay, they refused the offer & asked me to pay full -which I did- ! Needless to mention the quality of their dish was not good at all, nor their behavior! Not recommended at all!

Concernant l’offre de 20 € proposée par The Fork, il est important de préciser que ce type de remise **n’est valable que si le paiement est effectué directement via la plateforme The Fork**. En tant que restaurant, nous ne sommes ni informés ni responsables des offres personnalisées envoyées par The Fork à certains utilisateurs. De notre côté, nous ne pouvons appliquer que les réductions standards visibles sur la plateforme (par exemple -20 % ou -30 %), et uniquement pour un nombre limité de réservations par jour. Cela crée malheureusement des malentendus, car **nous ne sommes pas en mesure d’honorer des offres dont nous ne connaissons ni les conditions, ni l’existence**, et nous ne pouvons pas non plus refuser sans conséquences négatives (comme des avis défavorables). Cela place les restaurateurs dans une position très délicate où **nous supportons seuls les pertes**, sans aucun acc

6/10Extremely hot during summer. On the window it says it has air conditioner but they don’t turn it on. The raviolis were good. The poke bowl was ok but not much food. Lots of rice, one thin slice of avocado, few salmon pieces, and just a taste of a few vegetables and mushrooms. The fried chicken dish was ok but only 3 slices of chicken and a big pot of unflavoured rice. The person attending us was super nice, but i expected a better food for the reviews we saw.

Si jamais un ingrédient vous a paru en quantité insuffisante (comme l'avocat ou le saumon dans votre poke bowl), n'hésitez pas à nous le signaler sur place - nous aurions pu vous apporter un supplément avec plaisir ! Pour la climatisation, nous comprenons votre désagrément. En France, nous ne l'activons généralement qu'en juillet-août, période de fortes chaleurs, pour trois raisons : 1️⃣ Les clients préfèrent souvent une température naturelle 2️⃣ Une démarche écologique (réduction d'énergie) 3️⃣ Pour maintenir nos prix accessibles Nous sommes vraiment désolés si cela a impacté votre expérience. Firstly it was open on Christmas so **** just for that and they had vegan options, including a huge salad, which is just what I wanted. My friends each had very tasty food, ramen and pad Thai dishes which they both enjoyed. I’d go again if I lived here for sure!

8.5/10The food was good, appetizers are amazing. Our main course was PadThai crevette was also good, even though for our personal taste could have been a bit more flavourful. The waitress was very nice and attentive (which is not a given in Strasbourg restaurants). The kitchen took a little bit of time, possibly because of the restaurant being at its full capacity. The place is nice. Overall, we had a very good evening and we liked it, so we will be back. They also accepted yums.
