You can't beat a good Argentinian Steak so we were pleased to find this restaurant on The Fork. This is a small "locals' restaurant, they didn't speak much English , nor did we speak Spanish, however, our requests were understood thru pointing and pictures..... the staff were so lovely and helpful - especially the young lady hostess. The entrecote steak was juicy and full of flovour and the veg was beautifully presented.

Loved our meal here- as we eat at a few of the different steak places we can compare the quality of the beef/pork/veal and the portion size etc. Brasa Baucha is a place you might easily pass by but I encourage you to stop in for a meal. It has an authentic local feel and is away from the tourist throng. The probleta was flavorful with plenty of sun dried tomatoes and seasonings and the bread is grilled- bonus!. The steaks are cooked to perfection and I had a grilled pork dish that was really moist and tasty. We had grilled vegetables which were done perfectly and a very generous portion. We shared a bottle of spanish red wine with our meal that was great. Our server was friendly and handled our poor spanish with no problem while taking our order. They have a small outside area too and while it was a beautiful day we took a small table by the window inside. Limonicello to end the meal- we will absolutely be back when in Madrid.

Warm welcome. Ribeye steak not available on our visit. Entrecote full of gristle. Sides generous. Good value on the deal, but would have been underwhelmed at full price.

Had an amazing meal at Brasa Gaucho. Authentic Argentinian cuisine in the heart of Madrid. I opted for the classic barbecue for two with my son. Food was amazing with various cuts of beef steak, chicken, sausage and chorizo. Tremendous value meal with attentive staff and a lovely ambiance. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Overall , an ok experience. Quick and kind service, quality of food was very good, but our vegetables plattter was undercooked and a Ribeye was too cooked outside and too raw inside. We suggest you try the CVhorizo appetizer and the beef flank, which were both seriously good. Reasonable price.
