After seating us at our table and giving us menus, the waitstaff completely ignored us for half an hour. Our waiter acted like it was an imposition to take our order. He only brought us one of the bottles of wine we ordered. Once our dinner was brought out, we had to wait to eat until he finally brought the second bottle. The steak was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious . Compliments to the chef. However, the side dishes were completely disappointing. The prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was great. Waitstaff and quality of service made for a disappointing evening.

The restaurant was a beautiful brick which opened to outdoor seating. Service was impeccable and the steaks were perfectly cooked. Great first night in Verona- and they were very patient when we were running late for our reservation.

The food and environment was good, but the service and dinning experience was horrible. Just after few minutes of serving the entrances, we were told that the main course was ready in five minutes. So we ended up eating 100€ worth of meat completely cold. The waiter didn’t even exchange plates, that were filled with all the sauces from the entrances, food was served without cutlery, served on the run, etc. Really disappointing experience, that doesn’t fit the price point of the restaurant nor the actual quality of the food.

This was our second dinner here and we were only in town for 3 nights! The steak was amazing on both occasions even though we had different cuts each time. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and we would thoroughly recommend this venue for a great meal out. Not super cheap but very good value for the quality we received!

We were staying very locally so discovered the restaurant quite accidentally and, as it would happen, very fortuitously! We had an amazing meal and were very well looked after by the staff at the restaurant. This place is definitely worth a visit!
