I was outraged by the situation when I booked a restaurant with a 20% discount, and as a result this discount was not confirmed for me. Moreover, this discount was in my confirmation for two people, but when we invited one more guest and I made a change to the reservation, it turned out that the discount had disappeared! I remember very well that when making a change, the discount was also for 2-5 people, otherwise I simply would not have confirmed the reservation. But somehow, after dinner, it turned out that there was simply no discount. I always trusted TheFork service and did not expect such a deception, thanks to which I lost more than 40€. The restaurant could have also given a discount, understanding that a visit of 3 persons is more profitable for a visit of two, but everyone pretended that they had nothing to do. The quality of the food could have been better, the menu is very meager and does not have a large selection. The meat was brought cold. I no longer want to this rest.

Food is amazing, but not kids friendly at all the rotisserie restaurant. Bar side of the restaurant has better options for kids but completely different food menu and booking. Limited meat variety but unique unusual food menu. Food portions is fine dine standard not big but worth it. Location is in the heart of tourist area. Staff is helpful but the order isn’t perfect.

Great balance between tradition and innovation, same applies to the flavors of every single dish, even the side dishes were so well plated and delicious that could have easily been a top tier main course. Great service and attention to the guest. Very well done Bue Nero

After seating us at our table and giving us menus, the waitstaff completely ignored us for half an hour. Our waiter acted like it was an imposition to take our order. He only brought us one of the bottles of wine we ordered. Once our dinner was brought out, we had to wait to eat until he finally brought the second bottle. The steak was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious . Compliments to the chef. However, the side dishes were completely disappointing. The prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was great. Waitstaff and quality of service made for a disappointing evening.

The restaurant was a beautiful brick which opened to outdoor seating. Service was impeccable and the steaks were perfectly cooked. Great first night in Verona- and they were very patient when we were running late for our reservation.
