It’s difficult to find a decent French brasserie in and around the St Germain en Laye/Le Vesinet area where a) the chef has a serious passion for food, b) where the food is guaranteed to be freshly prepared and cooked on site and c) where you won’t feel ripped off, The chef and his wife take their mission of cooking lunch to locals and visitors seriously and they do it with a smile. While the exterior of the restaurant is nothing to write home about, it’s worth a visit if you are looking for an easygoing brasserie lunch.
