The service started ok but then the waitress forgot about our request to bring a bottle of wine and other side items. But then we got the help from another waitress and the experience got better. Food was good.

We have waited 20 minutes to get seated despite our reservation. We have another another 20 minutes to get the menu. Meals arrived 20 after without knifes and forks. Waited 20 minutes to pay the bill. It is a factory and not a restaurant!

I got the worst poisoning of my life in this restaurant. The waiter also did not provide à great service, he was possibly new. Not one person spoke Italian in this Italian restaurant.
