7/10Many of the California bits and some other were very cold - too cold and it destroyed the taste quite a bit. But the dishes prepared directly at the spot were much better

À la fin du XIXe siècle, suite à une crise démographique japonaise et
à un besoin de travailleurs au Pérou, un accord est signé entre les
deux pays. En 1899, une première vague de 790 immigrés japonais
