9.5/10We were completely unfamiliar with Dominica cuisine, however the staff were very welcoming and helpful, explaining the specialties. We chose the mixed monfongo (like a dumpling made of mashed plantain with pork) with sauce, prawns, chicken and pork belly, which was a delicious new experience.
