There were clearly not enough staff at work for the amount of guests; a local margherita walk, ánd normal and the Fork guests was too much for them to handle, which is completely understandable. However, the venue should act with more causion when participating with ánd the local margherita walk ánd the Fork while also having walk-ins or regulars. It took us 45 minutes to order the first drinks and the first round of food. Not to mention the fact they were already out of certain menu items at 20:15 on a Saturday night. When we wanted to order a second round of drinks and food after 1,5 hours, they told us the kitchen was closed because the chef found it too busy. We have sat there for 2 hours and had 2 drinks each and 3 tapas plates. The venue is lovely, the cocktails are great and the tapas are actually a delight, but during this night, it all just collapsed. For the venue: please be considerate about this and do not stress out your staff by not scheduling enough people!
