Paço D'Arcos has become a place for dining out. There are many good choices there. Among them, definitely, Casa Galega deserves a special note. The food is fantastic, the ambience and service outstanding. The wine list is a surprise! Very good Portuguese wines for an affordable price, but if you want to go for Barca Velha or Pera Manca, they are there, as well as Château Petrus or the celebrated Romanée-Conti.

Casa Galega in Oeiras is absolutely amazing! It’s a charming, cozy spot with warm and inviting décor. The attentiveness of the service exceeded all expectations, and the food was truly outstanding. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish!

The restaurant is exceptionally well decorated and has a very relaxed and calm ambiance. Service was absolutely top notch. Fast, nice and extremely professional. Food was on point. Delicious and very decent portions. Price is a little above average but it’s fair given the service, ambiance and food. Would definitely return there!

Excellent food, with a menu which has been tweaked a little since our last visit, but is still full of excellent dishes. We had some of the best oysters I've had in the area to start, then my wife had the lobster bitoque which is one of our favourite dishes here, and I had the ox tail, which was perfectly cooked, with the sauce thickened up to a rich texture and excellent mashed potatoes on the side. The wine list is made up of real gems, and very fairly priced and, last but not least, the service is friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout. You can easily see why the place is doing so well. We live nearby so we'll doubtless be back.

The restaurant is quite mediocre, the staff is not particularly friendly, and the food is very basic—we couldn’t even finish it. In the end, we ended up eating rice and fries with greasy battered fish for a high price.

we noted that the service was somewhat chaotic: first, a waiter was appointed to our table, to whom we placed part of our order, then he was replaced by another without the information about our order. we asked for 3 fish mains and one meat. 15 minutes later, the waiter comes back to us, apologizing for the inconvenience, informing us that there was no more meat - not any of the many mains on the menu. note that we arrived at 20.30 and had booked the table 3 days in advance....

I have my 1st contact with CG 25 years ago! From a little space at that time, to a bigger one nowadays, they continue with the high standards for forth: best meal together the best friendly atmosphere.

Either one has the Lavagante Rice, as everyone says it’s amazing, or all the rest it’s pretty average, and in this case the price/quality relationship is not there. We had codfish, “cherne a bulhão pato” and a steak au poivre, and all way lower quality than many restaurants at the same level. For me was disappointing, since I had great references. Not a bad restaurant at all, but quality is not premium.
