Waitress immediately commented to other guests about us being English after a very like warm greeting. She then poured an entire glass of wine down me and offered me no towels, no assistance, just said sorry a few times. At the the end of a very mediocre meal another waiter (we presume?) came over and gave us the bill and said it was all free. After about 10 minutes we left when ready. Once home I received several phone calls, which I answered to then be told the bill wasn't free, just my one beer. A disgusting offering in response to having to sit drenched for a full meal and ruined clothes. The waitress threatened to call the police a few times because we hadn't paid despite being told the meal (only 60 euros!) was free. Disgusting, the worst experience in a restaurant I've ever had.

Good staters. Out of 4 main meat dishes, 2 polpette and 2 ribeye, only 1 was properly medium. 3 were under cooked. All 4 meat cutts tough to cut and chew. Grilled vegetables delivered as an unrecognisable mash. One side was missing. Wine recommendation consisted of sale statistics no knowledge of which could pair well with the meal. Service was slow and forgetful but kind with a smile. Waiter could not distinguish the plates and had to get the cook out to tell one from the other. A spoon with dessert tasting was offered on the house and the bill was adjusted by 3% after the 20% promotion.

Amazing food the chef came out and went through the menu with us- he even cooked the dish to both of our liking! Wedges are delicious Absolutely delicious and definitely worth a visit!

Food is amazing quality. Pay attention to choose well the burgers, as these are Italian burgers and some ingredients might not be exactly what you would expect in a burger. The parmigiana though didn't have all the ingredients in the menu, the only disappointing detail of the food. Service was very slow while the restaurant was half full. Also the presence of the main waiter was not very pleasant. Don't know if had anything to do with the fact that we used or yums for the booking Overall, good food, less pleasant as an experience.

We booked one of the tables outside and we enjoyed our meal with a cool summer breeze. Our server was so nice and she recommended a delicious red wine to pair with our burgers. I would definitely go back a second time

This is probably the best burger restaurant in Rome. The meat is of outstanding quality and comes from local, smallholder producers and the rest of the meal is fantastic - craft beer, excellent bread, great side dishes and great service. Highly recommended!
