5/10We went in with high hopes. The only vegan restaurant in Aosta. With lots of positive reviews. We left very disappointed. Limited choices (which in itself is not a problem). Slow service and really not good food. We even send food back. Greek salad was made long in advance. Tasteless and watery. Vegan cheese no taste as all. Vegan burger ok taste mainly the 2 slices of grilled eggplant. Green salad too salty eat and fried trio had only 2 selections that were eatable (one was so deep fried you can break your teeth). Really a pity as w should have way more vegan restaurants. But with good quality food and that is not Cibo.

9.5/10The food was perfect. Anything we ordered was just phenomenally good. The fact that it was also healthy was a nice surplus. If there would have been some background music this place would have gotten a 10/10.

8/10The restaurant is very nice, cozy and pet friendly. Unfortunately we had to wait a bit too long for our dishes to be served but as explained by the restaurant owner, it was particularly busy (and noisy) that day. In general, I think it worth to give it a chance because the atmosphere is nice and the food healthy.

9.5/10Very tasty, pleasant food. A bit pricey, considering it is all vegetarian. But vegetarian options in Italy can be limitted... not at this restaurant!

LE PROPOSTE CULINARIE - Gli chef propongono i piatti della tradizione per un viaggio alla riscoperta degli antichi sapor,i con alimenti come il farro, il riso integrale e il miglio. QUALCHE ESEMPIO - Tra le pietanze offerte dal locale, sono da provare l'insalata vegana dell'orto con tofu affumicato, gli spaghetti di quinoa e prezzemolo con rucola e limone, nonchè la pasta bianca di kamut con carpaccio di zucchine ricotta salata e menta. Tra i dolci, la crema di riso con salsa alla cannella.
