I Saulle was the perfect spot for a relaxed and delicious lunch. We enjoyed excellent Neapolitan-style pizza—light, flavorful, and perfectly baked—along with a fresh, well-balanced salad. The wine was also terrific and paired beautifully with our meal. Friendly service and a warm, casual atmosphere made the experience even better. A great find and definitely worth a return visit!

The waiters are welcoming. Pizzas are tasty and the service is quick. However I am a little disappointed of the atmosphere feeling more like a factory to serve food.

Food was amazing. We had a unique 🍕 named ‘Pinna gialla’. It was a fried pizza, cooked afterwards in the pizza oven and topped with stracciatella, tuna tartare, pistachios and orange slides. Simply delicious.
