We made reservations through The Fork for a party of 8. They placed us in the veranda where a small heater wasn’t able to heat the place more than 15 degrees Celsius. Service was extremely slow. 2 people were served 15 min before the other 6. Food was good, we particularly appreciated the different pizzas. But service was very slow and the fact we were placed “outside” we got overlooked at several occasions. When indicating to the owner that we were very cold he showed no interest at all. We will not recommend this restaurant and not return.

I Saulle was the perfect spot for a relaxed and delicious lunch. We enjoyed excellent Neapolitan-style pizza—light, flavorful, and perfectly baked—along with a fresh, well-balanced salad. The wine was also terrific and paired beautifully with our meal. Friendly service and a warm, casual atmosphere made the experience even better. A great find and definitely worth a return visit!

Food was amazing. We had a unique 🍕 named ‘Pinna gialla’. It was a fried pizza, cooked afterwards in the pizza oven and topped with stracciatella, tuna tartare, pistachios and orange slides. Simply delicious.
