The food was fine, tasty but the quality was not in line with the price. There was an offer available for customers signed up to the restaurant's loyalty scheme. When we asked about it, we were told that sometimes signing up takes days to be processed. We tried anyway and were successful. We were then told that sometimes the QR code doesn't work and we would find out when paying at the end. When scanned, the QR code worked, but the offer available in the restaurant was not applied for some reason. The waiter did nothing to change this and we had to pay full price (around 30€ difference for 4 people). There shouldn't be an offer if it's not going to be honoured. The overall experience was disappointing and I won't be returning.
