Food was delicious but unfortunately the service was lacking in every aspect. Staff was lacking in hospitality and seemed lost. I ordered a glass of wine and my husband ordered a beer, he received his beer right but I only got my wine more than halfway through our mean. Asked for spicy mayo for my sushi and had to wait almost 20 minutes before I got it, at which point my husband had almost finished his meal. This lack in service took away from the experience.

When we arrived we had to wait about 15 minutes although we had a reservation. Then we were offered a table just underneath a loudspeaker. The music was so loud, we could not talk. We asked for another table. The service was very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately we ordered some sushi (special combo, very expensive, which we did not like at all. Maybe it is just our taste. But normally we are great sushi fans... So we were pretty disappointed. However the tuna we ordered as a starter was very good, and the wine too. But overall, we were disappointed.

Very busy night at the restaurant. Despite the long wait for the food to arrive, staff have all been very polite and smiling. Food was alright, as well as the bill. Thank you

This place came highly recommended so we decided to try it. The location is very nice and the place has a very good vibe. The service was very good to start with but went down hill as the place became busier, which was a shame. The food is average and with all the great restaurants in Palermo, I really do not understand why this one rates so high with the locals. Maybe it is simply just not the place for me.

Service was appalling. 7.30 on a Friday evening and every member of staff was in a half hour group huddle/team meeting. Took 40 mins to even get a drink. Team meeting didn't seem to help as they brought the wrong order. Food was ok. Sushi came with a sticky teriyaki sauce rather than soy which was a bit weird.

We booked this restaurant for our last meal in Palermo as reviews were good , food was good and setting was nice but service was poor . We ordered two starters two mains wine and water one starter came out very nice octopus was waiting for second still waiting and for water and olives still waiting by this time we eat the octopus nearly ten minutes pasted still nothing I had to ask were the other was and the water .Couple minutes later the second starter came out with the main meal not very good and the water for the table . Food was good but got to stop trying to get so many people in and begin over busy .

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent food quality and generous portions. The location is perfect situated right on the decks with a marine inspired interior design. The food was the best we have tried in Palermo and the prices were reasonable despite initial impressions suggesting it might be overpriced. A customary cover charge of 2.50 euros pp seems to be standard.

Nice location on the port. Althought they are like 10 staffs the service was not optimal. I had to ask 3 times for my glass of wine, our plates came a bit late. Th eportion are generous and the food is excelent.
