From the bread and olive oil to the creative dishes from chef Christiano everything was based on fresh local ingredients and prepared with much passion and care. A truly unique experience in the Tuscan countryside.

Extremely disappointing, the restaurant was empty bar one diner who was finished, however we were forced by the chef & staff into choices of; 1 a tasting menu with no vegetarian option when one of my party was a vegetarian. We politely asked (one of my party speaks fluent Italian) seeing as how the restaurant was ‘not busy’ could we possible choose from the A La Carte where a vegetarian option was available however we were simply told NO ! We paid for our drinks + grat. and left !
