2/10Made reservations, made it 5 minutes early, the rest wasn't able to accommodate us in their dinning room, rather in a very rude way offered an outdoor table, where I could’ve sit w/out reservation. This restaurant is not very accommodating to customers requests. Customer service not existing Worst Sangría I tried. (When I was able to sit OUTDOOR for a drink)

10/10I pre booked after reading some good reviews and we weren’t disappointed. We all the menú del día and it was good value and very tasty. We spent a couple of hours watching the busy comings and going’s in the pleasant sunshine. The service was good and I’d definitely recommend this place.

2.5/10Nobody came to take our order, we waited 20 minutes and left, nobody noticed. We asked several time for a waiter all we heard was yes, in a minute, but nothing.

7.5/10We went to the inside restaurant just as it was opening. Unfortunately this meant the ambience was very subdued and did not match the vibrant atmosphere in the square outside. But the service was friendly and professional, and food was of a good quality.

9.5/10My family and I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough. The food and wine were absolutely delicious. And Pablo, our waiter for the night, was super accommodating and made us feel totally at home.

5/10We had lovely expectations of this restaurant that it definitely did not meet. After researching it seemed to be the perfect place for our final stop in Madrid. When we arrived we had no were to go to tell them we had a reservation, when we found someone he said that the main restaurant was full (despite a booking) and to sit outside (this was fine but if outside was also full my booking wouldn’t have mattered. The waiter was rude and unfriendly, the old came extremely quickly, and our main was served whilst we still had our starters. Food was bang average and I felt like I could’ve made a nicer meal at home. It was also very over priced. Would not recommend or return.

10/10I cannot recommend this place enough. I wanted a restaurant that would be able to accommodate a large party for my birthday celebration. And DCorazon went above and beyond to make my night amazing!! The manager, Mario, and other workers such as Juan Pablo, Agustino & Jean Carlos were all extremely nice and made sure we were super well taken care of. They even brought out a cake with lots of candles upon my friend's request and it was one of the best cakes I have ever had. And the rest of the food was also amazing especially the langostinos!
