2/10Im very disappointed i never thought it was possible to order a drink and get it 55 min later the worst service i ever experienced i ordered a martini and the waiter was rude they were other people there that arrived after us and they got there drinks right away and there food meanwhile we waited 55 min the waiter was walking around ignoring us that’s why we didn’t even order food we thought it was pointless if i could give this place a 0 out of 10 i would for there horrible service so disappointed!!!!!

8.5/10The food was amazing and the ambience also! The personal stuff some of them was polite but the waiters was a little bit not good in their work I asked two times for napkins and no one of them bring and of course in the end we didn’t leave tips and the women was a little bit like mad. Tips everybody should leave only when is happy with service. Food is 10/10; Ambient also 10/10. I like it, and of course we will return again I like the vibe in the resturant. But the waiters must be more polite and to work their job better. Thanks ❤️

10/10Came here for drinks and dessert, pretty much a nightcap after a whole day of travel, hubs and me, no kids. Efficient service, slick experience. Would actually consider making a habit of coming to chill with drinks if one is in a “bougie fashionable mood” if that floats your boat. Ambiance and Noise level for a trendy bar with hype and DJ is actually conducive enough to have a decent conversation with the people you are with without being intrusive and yelling at each other like poser club kids trying to hook up, which is great. I think it is something to do with the fact that it is still a full-service restaurant, so they are able to skillfully traipse the fine line between intimate and otherwise. So factor the millieu (its branded with D and G PLUS Martini, in Centro Storico for crying out loud), ambience, service quality of the wine (awesome btw), and the showmanship into the price. if that checks your boxes, this is a great place. Gratitude for the experience. We had a great wind down in a pretty place, which is what mattered to us that time ❤️

6.5/10The restaurant ambiance is nice, the food and drink were delicious and we were enjoying our time, but the service was really awful, never seen such mistreatment and negligence, I hope you can check the cameras, we had the worst waiter ever (he is the tallest in the restaurant around 2 meters height), 1st he gave us 1 menu for food, we asked him we are 3 not 1, he mentioned I thought you will drink but we mentioned first we want to eat, anyhow not so important, the service was super slow, but this was ok, Thankfully we were not fully serviced by him, there were 2 other waiters and they were so helpful (black skin) and they were super nice. Finally and here is the issue, we asked for the menu again as we wanted to add some food, we waited like 10 minutes where he disappeared, then he showed up with 2 menu and started to chat with his colleague for 1-2 minutes and we were still waiting, so he came and gave the 2 menus for the table next to us, I was shocked and asked him, we were waiting for more than 10 minutes and you didnt bring us any menu, he apologised and said few things we didn't understand to be honest, something i came this morning or here since morning (not sure) , therefore i told him never mind we are full now, no need for the menu, he disappeared for couple of minutes and came back with the menu, but i didnt take from him, finished our drink and left the restaurant,

10/10What ever you do get the lamb… haha amazing food, amazing service, marco was our waiter he was so attentive and made us specific cocktails. Price wise food definitely worth it, cocktails are a tad expensive but definitely worth it x
