I was visiting Milano and booked a table inside two months prior for my birthday celebration, but they sat us outside. The main point to visit this place was for the inside atmospheric experience. I was very disappointed

Couldn’t have been worse. Came from London and booked for my birthday and my friends birthday. There was a language barrier, no one to explain the menu properly. Forcing us to drink when my friend doesn’t drink. I asked them to make her a non alcoholic cocktail it cost €20 for a virgin mojito more than my champagne. I ordered cod and my friend salmon and it came in the tiniest taco I had seen in my life. I was so confused it was raw as well. I couldn’t eat it. But I am not one to complain. I tried one and felt sick so I asked to remove since I didn’t know it came raw. The biggest fuss was made. I felt so awkward on my own birthday. They quickly removed the plate but nothing else was said. No one asked if I wanted anything else instead. The women just came with them menu saying why I want it removed when it was what I ordered. I just asked for the bill because I didn’t want to be there anymore. When the bill came it came to €109 for two drinks and the small raw tacos I was shocked. I was fighting back tears because the service and everything was awful. I was planning to blow out my birthday candle and I couldn’t. They knew it was a birthday too. They charged us for two bottles of water when we only had one. I told the lady and she argued saying we had two, to avoid conflict I just left it. I asked to removed the raw taco I didn’t eat and she said since I tried it I had to pay. Which didn’t make sense because you came and removed it from the table. All she did was take €9 from the bill. From the moment we walked it we just felt uncomfortable. It’s not a friendly environment. The music was overbearing you can’t even talk to each other. They gave us like 5 huge menus we didn’t even have room and no one came to explain. I sat next to my friend so we could read it together and the waitress told me to sit in front of her instead indicating why am I next to her? When we left it just passed midnight and hit my friends birthday and ended mine. We spend €109 well now €100 on two drinks and raw fish which I didn’t even eat but they removed from my table. I don’t even have any words for what happened. Just absolutely disappointing for a dining experience. Would not recommend.
