9/10We went expecting lots of Gluten Free options for our celiac daughter, based on this platform’s recommendations, but found virtually none on the menu. Fortunately, the chef was willing to be accommodating and so we all enjoyed a fantastic meal. The prices are slightly outrageous for the tiny portions, but it was all certainly beautiful and delicious. The service was very friendly too. Note on location: the restaurant is inside the W hotel and not easy to find. We didn’t realize this and just used our phone maps to take us to the address which led us down a dark road behind the hotel! It would be nice if one of the dozen emails received for this reservation actually mentioned we needed to enter the W Hotel!

7.5/10The octopus dish with potato foam was a delicious creative dish, very original and filling so don't be deceive by the small dish. The deep fried oysters were good and the portobello carpaccio was very different and fresh. It was a nice balance with the other heavier dishes. The truffle omelet was very disappointing, rather dry and lacking in flavor. Our favorite dish was the creamy croquetas which is a typical tapas dish and you can't really mess that up. Overall our meal experience was a bit disappointing considering this is Michelin-starred chef Sergi Arola's restaurant. I wouldn't go back if they don't make any improvements to the menu.

5/10We went to Eat Hola in 2019 before covid - it was was wonderful! We just eat there in January 2023 and it was poor and overpriced!! The menu options was vastly reduced. They had a number of dishes that were not sharing/Tapas friendly (i.e. one scallop for a dish for 28 CHF!!) - but this is a Tapas restaurant!! The food on some of the dishes was bland and the food was generally overpriced as was the wine which was 100 CHF for a bottle which costs 18 CHF to buy directly! We won’t be coming back here again and would recommend anyone to avoid Eat Hola and go to some other good restaurants in Verbier.

2/10Not what was expected from a restaurant featured on Michelin guide. Food was below average (except the salmon), lacked flavor (some of the plates didn’t have salt and the carb was watery). The restaurant is short staffed and while the servers were trying to do their best, it was clear that there was no supervision and the place is managed badly. We would have been much happier with dinner at any other random place at Verbier for half the price. Overall very disappointed!!

3/10The prices are a ripoff taking the portions into account. Spending 186 SFR for 5 Tapas and leaving hungry plus a disappointing quality on the wagyu beef leaves a bitter taste . The scallops tapas is served as one (1) piece of scallop, just to give an example of the total overpriced experience

10/10The tapas menu, staff, service and wine recommendations were TEN STAR. Very attentive staff, and incredible hospitality! We sat at the tapas bar and we felt it was the most fun seat in the house!
