9/10Elea is one of best culinar experience in the Netherlands. the dishes were good, some of those really excellent. The menu is well structured, never heavy. The service is not always up to par for a restaurant of this type and price. We will definitely be back, hoping to find improved service.

10/10+1It was my boyfriend’s birthday and we celebrated there. The staff was extremely friendly and polite from the first moment we arrived. We had a 5-course meal, and we received a thorough introduction of the dish we were about to eat. My boyfriend is Greek and what amazed him was that everything tasted “ just like home.” He and I were in awe with the intricate taste, design of the food, and the atmosphere. And the nicest detail was that the staff offered my boyfriend a special birthday dessert that was extremely delicious. We want to thank the staff, the chefs, and the owner of the restaurant for the hospitality and amazing experience.

8.5/10Good ambience, good food, can hold a conversation as music is playing softly in background. The decor and cutlery is chic. The portions are quite small and 5 course meal took 3 hours which is a tad too long. The staff could be more friendlier and some seemed to struggle in English. Food preperation, taste and presentation was top notch.

10/10We had a wonderful time, enjoying beautiful dishes. Particularly loved the langoustine and the course with the orzo, yolk and Parmesan cheese mousse. Perfect service at our table from Willemijn, who also proved to be a great (stand-in) sommelier.

6.5/10We arrived at 7 with a group of seven. It took a long long while after sitting down to be served with some water and a drinks menu. Followed by another long wait for somebody to be back and take drinks orders. Eventually after 40 minutes we selected a 9 course menu - the first two courses arrived after 2,5 hrs sitting down. We were finished after midnight - food was good - the waiting destroyed the experience …

10/10Everything was perfect and I highly recommend it! I am really happy that finally modern Greek cuisine has found it's place in the Hague. It was an exceptional culinary experience which managed to mentally take us back home to revisit our roots in a modern and surprising way. If someone would like to experience real traditional Greek tastes in a unique fine dining approach, this is where you need to be.

10/10This Greek influenced menu was truly innovative and exceptionally well presented. The white asparagus with egg yolk was memorable. Great service and a super atmosphere. Not to be missed

2/10Very terrible experience in this restaurant. Food quality was below average. They try to innovate but every ingredient of every dish was not integrated together. The dish with razor clam was like chewing tasteless rubber. However, the major problem was the service. - First of all, nobody working in the restaurant smile. - We arrived on time at 19:30. When we were seated, we waited 15 minutes and finally someone asked if we want sparkling or still water. - Another 15 minutes, someone asked if I want a wine list. and I said YES - Another 15 minutes, the table next to me finished the wine list, and the waiter pass it to me. - At the same time, I asked for food menu, the waiter said no menu will be provided. We will be served with six course dinner. I said I reserve "a la carte" via TheFork, but he said we have no choice, - Finally I have wine after 1 around 1 hour being seated. - Around 1.5 hour, food began to served. - I have order 1 bottle of white wine. My wine has been poured around 5 glasses during the dinner and disappeared. I asked for my wine, and the sommelier (?) said I have finished my wine. I clearly remembered that there was still some wine in the bottle during my fifth glass. Moreover, every sommelier shall clearly show the customer that the bottle is empty before he take away the bottle, it is a common practices. - They charged me EUR 105 for a six course dinner. But from their website, the price of six course dinner was EUR 95. I asked for the reason, and he simply replied that today's menu was different and the food has been upgraded. I was shocked that I have not being informed before the dinner. At least you shall tell be when I was seated, not until when I check the bill, then you made up an excuse. I felt I was cheated. - We left the restaurant at around 23:30. The whole dinner took 4 hours! - Not even a goodbye from any waiter when we left.

10/10Excellent restaurant! We took the surprise lunch menu and....what a surprise! Everything was superb, and the service is both professional and with a smile! Highly recommended and we are looking forward to having them in the city centre!

7/10The food is good. Wine is not on par with the league the restaurant is trying to play in. We love fine dining and enjoy a protracted dinner, but 30mins on average per course is simply too slow; increase staff (both kitchen and serving) or reduce the number of tables. Fair value for money. Definitely not close to a Michelin star experience, but still a good night out.

10/10Done dining with three menus or a la carte based on composition of menu items. Very interesting tastes of local foods which we understand change each season. Great ambiance and service, Mediterranean style.
