10/10The food, service, and overall experience was exceptional. I do think there is an opportunity with pricing transparency. I had inquired about a wine pairing with the tasting menu initially and was told it was 3-4 glasses but was not given a price. Typically, these tend to be around 50% of the food in my experience, and I did not press. I certainly enjoyed it. I was however shocked that the pairing was more than the actual food, which is highly atypical. I prefer to know what I am paying for upfront, regardless of price point. The whole experience was worth it, but it's not a best practice imo these days.

10/10Just out of this world, top-notch. If it's not the best, then there's nothing better. From the moment you walked in and were greeted by the maître d', the experience began. The building is stunning and sets the mood. The wait staff guided us through the meal every step of the way, answered all our questions, and gave life to the meal. They were fun and passionate about what they do and how they do it.. oh yeah, and the food was good too! The sommelier was the most pleasant yet qualified guide, and he literally knew every percentage of every grape included in every varietal and year we asked about. Is that common? Does every sommelier know all these things? He must be the best. We chose the 'Moving' wine tour companion to our meal. I think what most people might not realize is that when you choose the 8 course tasting menu, you really get 11 courses. I'm not sure if that's commonplace, but there were amuse-bouches, bread, and pre-dessert courses served as well. Loved the use of Amberjack, the smoked butter changed my life, the octopus is so good (American octopus is fishy to me, this had killer umami) I would order it again, but only from there. Risotto on point, and the cabbage with fish was a game changer...I don't love cabbage because I think it's used in less-than-flattering ways in it's traditional dishes, but the flavor paired perfectly with the flavor of the fish (I forget which one, there was a lot of wine). And just to flex a little, they served a poached Quail egg with bechamel and crispy truffled mushrooms. DM me for details on that one. There's not enough space here. Elegant sauce accompaniment presentations, table-side meat carving, and a dessert cart; I mean, what more could you want from a meal? The apple tart was one of the most creative and well presented desserts I've seen in a while, and we finished off the meal by enjoying a classic, house-made margarita, at the recombination of the waitstaff. A lot of people have allergies or specific preferences, but when you're open to a lot of ideas with food and drink, it can be hard to decide sometimes. A passionate suggestion will convince any traveler. We traveled to the Italian countryside and basically the whole world during this meal. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. It was absolutely incredible; we'll be back.

6/10The food was truly exceptional, but the level of stick-up-your-assness killed the vibe. The servers were robotic… there was no human element to any of it.

10/10Had the 6 course tasting menu and was exceptional from start to finish, really creative dishes but also packed with flavour as opposed to just showing off technical skill which too many chefs seem to focus on. Really love dining room and friendly and attentive staff. Couldn’t wish for a better evening.

10/10We found this restaurant on the Michelin website. It was a real gem for my family. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the restaurant. The interior design was elegant and always a talking point for us during our courses. The meals themselves were exquisite in taste, presentation, and order, the only exception was the pasta dish which we felt oddly salty. It was a highlight of our night in Rome, and the staff made us feel very welcome to their establishment. We hope our review may entice others to enjoy this restaurant as much as we did!

10/10I've eaten at multiple Michelin-starred restaurants and this is easily one of the best meals I've ever eaten. The chef is truly an artist and the setting is absolutely gorgeous. 10/10 would come back every time I'm in Rome.

8.5/10We had very high expectations, maybe too high. The service, setting, beverages all met our these high expectations. We had the full tasting menu. All dishes were beatifully presented but only two dishes had amasing flavours, most were good but one dish with cod and a sauce based on cabbage had a dominant flavour of cloves and some cinnamon (the latter mentioned by the waiter). Paired with a pinot noir from Alsace, the dish improved a lot. The food service was excellent although the wine was served shortly after the food on a couple of occassions instead of the other way around. The restaurant has very high ambitions and largely deliver on a high level but to reach the very top, more dishes must be fantastic not only in presentation but also in flavours.

5.5/10Staff was great, I’m sure the food was amazing, I however couldn’t get use to the complex flavors and left without any real satisfaction in what I ate.

10/102 Michelin stars deserved, should be on the list for 3. We went there for my mothers birthday, it was perfect. We ordered the 8 cours menu every dish was flavor full and not disappointing. They even made a chocolate mousse cake for my mother and changed some dishes on request. The presentation was astonishing and the staff was really friendly and welcoming. Even thou we came a bit to early they seated us. Perfect restaurant will come again when I am in Rome.
