Just a totally pleasant environment, from when we walked in the restaurant and its ambiance, to when we met the host, to the very pleasant waitress, to the excellent food. The only disappointment is that the restaurant is located rather far from where we live, but a return trip will nonetheless be worthwhile. For English-only speakers, the host's English is excellent.

We enjoyed a lovely lunch in the outdoor space ahead of a rugby international match. Beautifully cooked food and very friendly, welcoming staff. We like it so much we booked in for dinner the same day! Good to experience a more refined space inside the restaurant in the evening, but same quality of food, wine and experience. When we come back to Rome we will book again.

I live in Prati and dine here at least 3x per month. Always excellent and high quality food and service, along with a very friendly management team. The tuna tartare IMO is one of the best in the city. Highly recommend dining here or in the bakery which is also excellent. 10+!

A superb restaurant with top-tier service that still feels warm and homey, with genuinely kind, human hospitality. This unique combination makes a visit here exceptionally pleasant. I was impressed by the extensive selection of beverages and a menu featuring both Italian classics and distinctive fine-dining creations. I’d especially note the exceptional care in selecting the olive oil—it’s exquisite. This is definitely a restaurant worthy of your attention.

We had a terrific meal! The service is excellent. The restaurant is visited primarily by “locals”. We noticed the owner/manager knew almost all patrons. The owner patiently helped us (Americans) navigate the right menu choices. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant.

During my stay in Prati, Rome, I wanted to treat myself on Sunday so I google searched in my neighborhood to find "Prati Rione Gastronomico. I admit, this restaurant was the best restaurant I visited in my 2 weeks stay of Rome and Florence. I went during quiet hours of Sunday lunch time and the server was very attentive and provided me a lot of helpful assistance to pick the best choices for me. I really enjoyed the tuna and mango appetizer as well as the main dish, teriyaki pork and mush potatoes, which had a very beautiful presentation. Loved the atmosphere too. When I return to Rome, I would love to visit again.
