6.5/10The food is very good. We ordered a sampler plate of starters, including the Boudin (blood sausage) which was excellent and flavorful. We also tried to Chicken Colombo, the Chicken skewers, seafood platter etc. We were a group of 12, and we reserved two weeks ahead of time. The owner kindly called to inquire the day of the reservation, if we wanted to sit outside or inside. Very nice gesture. However, when we sat down, the server took a long time to take our order, did not explain the dishes well (most of us speak very good French, so language was not an issue). In any case, we were at the restaurant 3 hours total. We got our starters over an hour after we sat down. And we received the main course well into hour 2, by which time we were exhausted and irritated. When the bill came, we were not offered any of the drinks or any of the dishes to offset the wait time. If you are a small group, go ahead and go for a nice casual meal. If not, pick another place.
