Food was bad. Customer service even worse.

Purtroppo non ho la possibilità di rispondere e replicare alle Sue affermazioni. L'unica cosa che mi sento di dirle, visto che il servizio ha ottenuto la sufficienza, è che poteva far presente al cameriere il Suo evidente disappunto. Forse sarebbe migliorato sia ciò che non stava gradendo che i Suoi giudizi.

The food was excellent. I recommend the melasagna; it was delicious. The service and location are also great. I come to Fiumicino often for work, so I'll definitely be back.
