A very pleasant welcome and atmosphere. Nice personal attention and fine food. The wines were good. We can recommend this place both for atmosphere and food quality.

This was our first visit, and we’ll definitely go back: local ingredients imaginatively prepared, friendly staff, good atmosphere, central location on canal. The only minus - our reservation hadn’t been registered - was easily corrected.

Ethica is an amazing Ethical restaurant, every dish comes with a story, the chefs make great effort to source high quality ethical products. As the food is delivered they come to inform you of there reasoning and choices, a very very good experience. A must see in this new up and coming area of Den Haag

Description

Duurzaam, lokaal en zelfgemaakt De ingrediënten van onze gerechten zoeken we lokaal en wij maken bij Ethica zoveel mogelijk zelf; zoals bier, fris en andere dranken. In en om het restaurant staan onze eigen fruitbomen, kruidenplanten en gekweekte groenten; lokaler wordt het niet! Van onze gerechten is 80% plantaardig en 20% bereid met dieren die in overschot zijn in Nederland. In plaats van dat ze vernietigd worden, kun je ze bij ons komen eten.
