The entrance and our entry was a little unusual, due to the layout. This was quickly forgotten due to the food and drink. There is a wide choice and all our dishes were prepared with care and imagination. Quality was very good, as was the service. A good team was clearly at work.

We had the lunch - food (incl cheese platter) and wine was very good with reasonable prices. As it was very cold outside - temperature ambient could have been adjusted … it was chilly (we were cold) Nevertheless we’ll be back

The 4 course menu was excellent, with exciting combinations of flavours, textures and colours, beautifully presented. The "meat but no fish" and the "fish but no meat" members of the group were also fully catered for. The selection of wines available was varied and interesting, with realistic pricing. The service was both informal and welcoming as well as attentive. A really great evening in a group of 7.
