2/10We made a reservation for 3 PM and when we got there , we were told the kitchen is closed.

Hi Caryl, We’re truly sorry about your experience — and you’re absolutely right to feel disappointed. Our kitchen does close at 3:30 PM, so if you had a 3 PM reservation and couldn’t order, something clearly went wrong. That’s not the experience we want to deliver. We've already addressed this with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We’d love to welcome you back and show you the real Gabby’s: warm, delicious, and welcoming. We'll be happy to make it right.
