The food is very good, but the restaurant is usually very crowded and chaotic because of that (noise, mistakes with the orders, the chairs are frequently jostled even when there are people seating). The staff is probably overworked and there are some delays and mistakes because of that. The restaurant should probably hire more people.

I love the space. The food I and my friends had were very good (eggs Balthazar, salmon bagel and 2 different pancakes). We had a great time and will come back!

The food was excellent, but the service was slow. Although the delay in bringing the main dishes was acceptable (the place was quite busy), the desserts took a very long time. Every time we needed to call the waiters they always took very long to come and take the orders.
