10/10We had a great evening at this restaurant. The taster menu is incredibly good value and we had a real variety of dishes. The chef patron surprised us in person at the end of the evening. Amazing!

10/10From the moment we walked in we received outstanding service from every member of the staff. Great recommendations re how much to order to make it just right for two people. Loved every single dish. Croquetas creamy and perfectly executed…. Delicious ensaladilla rusa….Memorable squid in ink….. we also enjoyed the fish of the day - ventresca (tuna belly) - but then again they did a great job in each dish. Highly recommend going there when you are in Oviedo.

7.5/10The 7 course Menu Gloria was very good. However, it was dissappointing that the service the rushed., Waiters twice came to (try to) remove the plates before we had both finished the plate; this apparatently because the next course was ready from the kitchen because the courses were served as if wanting to break a record. When booking on The Fork, you have to accept to finish the meal in two hours, but no need to rush the service so everything is done in one and a half hour. Are guests walking in without a reservation also told that they have to leave within two hours?

6/10We were underwhelmed by the food, given Nacho Manzano's reputation. Razor clams and octopus were drowned in sauces that were far too strong, and the deep fried artichokes were dry and tasteless. The restaurant feels tired and resting on its laurels. It needs refreshing.

5/10Service is polite and the place is clean The food is not edible We had to leave untouched the whole plate of fish. It was advertised as smoked, but in reality it was pure salt. The waitress offered her apology but not a substitute for the dish. We were charged for the food we didn’t eat, left hungry and thirsty It is extremely overrated and overpriced for the quality of the food
